It was one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed during vacation. John waited for us until almost 2 am, as our plane was delayed, and we had hot food (wonderful pastitio) in the oven, a delicious homemade cake, juice and cold water . We asked John to buy some bread, eggs, cheese and tomatoes for breakfast, he did and he wouldn't accept that we pay him back. The house is spectacular, lots of space, extremely clean, we had everything we could possibly need for cooking and relaxing. We even had cats visiting us every day, which was a cute bonus. We would definitely recommend this acommodation, we would gladly come back anytime. 1000 out of 10.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und freundlich eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto waren sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Besonders positiv ist der Host hervorzuheben, der uns äußerst gastfreundlich empfangen und jederzeit hilfsbereit jegliche Fragen beantwortet hat,

El encanto que conserva como edificio de gran valor y pasado histórico
El jardín estaba muy descuidado, tanto que no se podía caminar por él. La luz se desconectaba con frecuencia (varias veces en el mismo día), y la primera vez nos costó encontrar el cuadro para volver a activarla, que por cierto noe s el cuadro de mandos que se halla dentro de la casa, sino uno que hay en el patio...

Πήγαμε στο Ancient Retreat για Χριστούγεννα οικογενειακώς με δύο μικρά παιδιά και περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και άνετο, καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις και παροχές που θα χρειαστείτε. Μας έκανε εντύπωση η έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια και η μελέτη που έχει κάνει ο οικοδεσπότης προκειμένου να προβλέψει κινδύνους, ανάγκες και προβλήματα για να κάνει τους φιλοξενούμενους να έχουν μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Να πω επίσης ότι μας περίμεναν μερικές εκπλήξεις κατά την άφιξή μας στο χώρο, κάποια τρόφιμα, γλυκά και χυμοί που μας είχε αφήσει ο οικοδεσπότης τα οποία απολαύσαμε. Η κουζίνα έχει όλες τις απαραίτητες συσκευές για να μαγειρέψετε τα πάντα. Η πρόσβαση στα υπνοδωμάτια είναι μέσω εξωτερικής σκάλας, όπως ήταν τα παλιά σπίτια, καθιστώντας τα απομονωμένα και ήσυχα. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο υπάρχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, ένα καλά εξοπλισμένο γυμναστήριο, αλλά και μια πολύ μεγάλη και ασφαλής αυλή με διάφορα δέντρα, κούνια, ξαπλώστρες κλπ, την οποία αξιοποιήσαμε για να περάσουμε το χρόνο μας ήσυχα παρακολουθώντας τα παιδιά μας να παίζουν μέσα στη φύση. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα πηγαίναμε ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία!! Ευχαριστούμε Γιάννη!
