    An experience to repeat again

    The hotel is amazing. Facilities are great, staff are super nice and helpful. Food variety and quality is exceptional. Its location is what makes it special. The hotel feels secluded but yet 10 mins away from all the hype

    I would have loved to have a heated pool. Its getting a bit chilly and I wanted to go for a swim so bad, but the water was so cold.

    The service was excellent, and everything was very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the golf cart service — whenever I requested one, it arrived very quickly and I never had to wait long, which made getting around the hotel very convenient. The food was also quite good overall. It may not have been the highlight of the stay, but it was definitely enjoyable.

    However, there were a few things I really didn’t like. The hotel was extremely quiet and, honestly, quite boring. There were no parties or entertaining activities, and even the evening entertainment was not enjoyable at all. I was expecting a much livelier atmosphere, especially in El Gouna. Also, for an all-inclusive hotel, I expected a much wider variety of food and snacks throughout the day. The options felt quite limited. Most importantly, I was very disappointed that swimming in the lagoon is not allowed. This was a major downside for me, especially since many other hotels in El Gouna offer direct access to the lagoon for swimming. Honestly, if I had known this before booking, I probably would not have chosen this hotel.
