  Para quem procura conforto e uma boa localização aluguem! sem dúvida Deus sabe o que faz, nós tínhamos outra reserva q nos foi cancelada, então vimos a ter de alterar os planos, e foi esta a nossa escolha estávamos muito reticentes, pq não conhecíamos nem a zona, mas sem dúvida surpreendeu, tem Imensa coisa perto facilmente deslocamos para outras cidades até mesmo para o centro de Málaga, o apartamento é muito confortável tem tudo equipado excelente 👌e já agora um agradecimento a Ana 💖 recebeu-nos muito bem 💖 espero um dia voltar e encontrar a Ana 💖 muito obrigado fui muito feliz💖 senti me em casa 💖

  Es war gemütlich wie ein zu Hause

  Die Entfernung zum Strand ist eher 30 minuten realistisch gesehen. Strom Ausfall hatte ich 2 mal bei 3 Übernachtungen und beim 3. Mal waren unsere Lebensmittel kaputt.. Man kann nicht das Haus verlassen und weder die Waschmaschine noch die Spülmaschine laufen lassen. Weil der Hausschlüssel auch den Strom steuert

  The hosts were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay and assist with travel issues, from receiving mail to recommending health services. Few companies managing properties deliver a personable and warm experience, but Seric does deliver on its mission to provide a place that "feels like home." They communicated proactively and truly understand hospitality (unlike other 'surprisingly well-rated' apartments on Booking.com...) which made everything go smoothly. Ana cares about her guests and their experience, which shows in her attention to detail. The location is very convenient, whether you want to go to downtown Malaga or Torremolinos, the beach, the airport or outlet shopping. Parking is easy. Very good value for the price.

  Strategiškai patogi vieta - keletas žingsnių ir esi miestelio centre, keletas posūkių ir išvažiuoji į autostradą. Netoli nuo oro uosto, visai greta restoranai ir parduotuvės. Apartramentai - tai, ko reikia keliaujančiai porai. Viskas tvarkinga ir funkcionalu. Nors ir atvykome sausio 1 d., su oro kondicionieriumi iškilusi problema buvo išspręsta greitai ir kokybiškai. Malonus ir korektiškas bendravimas su personalu. Rekomenduoju.

  Great well equipped clean apartment

  Clean and well equipped. Good communication with the owners.

  The only thing that would improve the property would be easier parking. We were aware it was street parking however the streets were narrow and this did concern us. That said we didn’t have a problem finding parking nearby we were just a little nervous.
