We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality. Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the service to the food and the overall atmosphere. The staff were always so friendly, attentive and happy to help with anything we needed, which made our experience even more special. A very special thank you to Mickey, Jada, Mimi and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. 🥹❤️ What touched us the most was how incredibly loving and friendly everyone was towards our 7-month-old baby Kian. Every time we walked past reception, everyone would greet him with the biggest smiles and so much warmth. Our little one would genuinely look forward to coming down to reception to say hi to everyone! It became such a lovely little part of our day, and seeing how happy and comfortable he was around the staff meant so much to us as parents. It’s one thing to receive good service, but it’s another to be made to feel genuinely cared for, especially when travelling with a baby. Every single person we encountered was so lovely, and the kindness felt so genuine. These little moments made our holiday even more special and gave us beautiful memories to take home with us. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The team truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special and for showing so much love to our little boy. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories we’ve made here.
