    I booked this for my visiting parents. Friendly staff. Responsive. Unexpectedly quiet given it's in Midtown Manhattan. Clean. Restraint with good taste in decor. Comfy.

    Not exactly didn't like but just to note, there's only half a door for the toilet perhaps as part of the design. And there seems to be a bit of an issue with USB charging port overheating but that could well be with the cable they brought. And hotel staff lent them chargers after the issue was made known.

    Fantastic hotel in an amazing location.

    Great views of the New York City Library Amazing location, right next to Bryant Park Spacious clean comfortable rooms Friendly and accommodating staff and service Good pressure in the shower Daily Tasty treats … wine & chocolates

    No coffee machine in room. One had to come downstairs to lobby area to get coffee.
