Nie polecam jeśli ktoś ceni jakość i standard. Poza lokalizacja nic nie ratuje tego hotelu.
Lokalizacja i nic więcej…
Poprosiłam o pokój z widokiem, dostałam info w recepcji, że udało się spełnić oczekiwania i mamy piękny widok po czym okazało się, że były bardzo małe okna, widok na budynek obok, poczucie szklanej klatki, coś czego chciałam uniknąć. Niby 4 gwiazdki a bardzo twarde i niewygodne oraz niskie materace, bardzo niskiej jakości kołdry oraz poduszki. Podróżuje bardzo dużo i za hotel, w którym za dobę płacę ponad 1000 zł oczekuje jednak innego poziomu. Nie polecam i napewno nie wrócę. A osobom na recepcji polecam nie kłamać ;) bo wywołało to odwrotny skutek aniżeli dostałabym info, że niestety nie udało się spełnić mojej prośby bo np hotel ma obłożenie. Bardzo się zawiodłam.

Lekko już podniszczony pokój, bez praktycznych gniazdek przy łóżku.

Lage und Frühstück sehr gut
Dusche war defekt und Reperatur nicht wirklich erfolgreich. Leihgebühr von 30 Zloty für Bademantel bei 4 Sterne SPA Hotel unverschämt. Parken gut und sicher aber sehr teuer

Great hotel, clean , good location- nice spa , would definitely stay again
Location , very close to the old town and main train. Station -10 min walk, good size room , water station - unlimited water top ups , no more plastic , lovely view - beautiful looking spa

Fabulous central location
Great location right opposite excellent shopping centre and then a lovely park…walk into main square within 10 mins. Great leisure facilities with lovely pool area (cold water!!). Bedrooms were spacious. Had emailed in advance to say it was my son’s birthday and there was a balloon, card and treats in the room for arriving which was super nice. Great breakfast selection although would love fresh coffee at the table.
One pillow on bed…had to request more. Poor hairdryer in room (one that you had to keep your finger in the button so defo pack one!). No opening windows so condensation in room. No atmosphere in the bar which was disappointing. Guests having to pay for robes at pool.
