Warm, Clean and comfy and well

The host Julie was very welcoming and the room was Very clean and comfortable. The room was toasty warm on arrival. Comfy beds and lovely sheets and pillows and fluffy towels. Great kitchette with hot plate, microwave and cooking utensils - everything we needed to self cater. The hot water was amazing and we enjoyed a great shower. We slept well and would stay there again.

Nothing- the facilities were as advertised.

The location was good and the motel was well set up with most things that we needed.

There was no one from the reception/office to great us when we arrived, despite the fact that we arrived just before 6pm. We were however given text instructions about the key to our unit. I did have a phone number from the text I was sent, but unfortunately the phone wasn't answered when I tried to contact them with a problem. In addition the staff were often unavailable during the day and early evening. The cleaning staff were very helpful though.
