    The facility was well maintained, very clean and the location was suitable.

    Like all other car parks in Japan, they could be a bit tight for bigger cars (7 seaters). I could manage to park inside, just a little stressful.

    Lovely space, with welcome air con. Great to have access to a washing machine and dryer - I had not appreciated how impossible it is for clothes to fully dry in the humid season despite the heat, as we come from such a temperate country. Bedrooms were great, and a real luxury to have two toilets!

    We struggled to find the right property - indications beyond the address such as turning off the main road just after the shop with the red sunshade, then first right and then first left might have saved us some trouble. I also had a completely different property address (run by same group) in my calendar from my prep. I am not sure how that happened to be there.

    We had a great experience staying at this villa in Kyoto. The location is excellent, very close to the station, which makes it easy to get around the city and reach all the main attractions and parks. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It is spread over three floors, so there are quite a few stairs, but this was not a problem for us. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kyoto. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!
