The process of welcoming guests, check in at reception, delivering luggage to the room, and parking vehicles is excellently organized. We figured out on our own that breakfast could be ordered à la carte, the restaurant staff didn’t mention it at all. There is a very convenient elevator that leads directly to the main street and the shopping center. We also received a nice card offering an additional discount for shopping.
