    It was good

The property in general is nice, comfy and closed to the city center.

I asked for early check-in at 12noon, the staff agreed and supposed to be ready by that time. When I called them to check if it’s ready, they said they would call me before 12 noon, but they have forgotten to call me back after an hour. I called them again but they have forgotten that I have a reservation. We were able to check-in at around 13:00. I’m sort of pissed of with this kind of attitude.

    Decepcion inicial, aceptable finalmente.
