  Wonderful villa with magnificent views but beware of the access limitations.

  The location is quite stunning with magnificent views of the whole bay of Elounda. The villa was exceptionally clean and well presented. Good pool area generally with plenty of sunbeds and casual seating.

  The villa lacked any information on emergency and medical situations; just simple phone number contacts etc., would be reassuring. The villa also lacked and basic tourist information - just a few brochures covering attractions, restaurants and supermarkets would take no effort or cost. Maintenance was a small issue when the lights surrounding the pool area fused during exceptionally heavy thunderstorms and rainfall - although they were made safe, they were never fixed before we left 10 days later. More information needs to be given on the physical access to the villa: it is up an horrendously steep hill making it entirely unsuitable for guests with disabilities or breathing difficulties: even taxis quite often refused to tackle the hill and took a more circuitous route.

  Great view, great pool, great stay

  A great villa with a great view over the sea. Lovely infinity pool. Easy walk to Elounda town. covered parking. Well equipped kitchen. Gave us a slightly later check out which helped us out a lot.

  Not a lot to moan about but things for other visitors to be aware of. The AC is great but the outside unit is noisey. Not enough to spoil the stay but the AC unit probably needs a service. No bed side lights in any of the bedrooms. One of the downstairs bedrooms could do with a lick of paint. The access road down to the main road is STEEP. You can access from the top road as well but its a longer journey. Best to reverse into the car parking to give you an easy exit. As always with Greece, get an SUV for uneven road surfaces and ground clearance. We stayed for a week and I'd expect one change of pool towels and the poo bin done but nothing so we did the poo bins ourselves.
