Gute Lage nahe Bangsal, Wasserfälle und Gilis
Herausragender Service: Was immer wir montiert hatten, war das Service Team sehr schnell über die eigens für uns eingerichtete WhatsApp Gruppe zur Hilfe geeilt und das Problem behoben. Das einzige was nicht ging war die starke Rauchbelästigung an einem der Abende. Das Rauch Problem hat man aber an vielen Stellen auf Lombok.
Das Restaurant ist ok fürs Frühstück. Das Abendessen ist sicher nicht auf dem Niveau eines 5* Hotels. Est ist eher einfach und relativ überteuert. Die meisten Aufpreis pflichtigen Zusatzleistungen fanden wir ebenfalls überteuert. ZB Scooter für 20 vs 10 USD pT in Bangsal.

All I can say is DON'T EVER BOOK THIS PLACE
Worst hotel experience ever and I have traveled all around the world. Checked out of the hotel ans still waiting on my refund. Booking.com should not even accommodate a hotel like this . The place is disgustingly dirty. Haven't done any maintenance at this hotel in I don't know how many years

Если бы персонал не воровал- было бы все чудесно!
Первая линия у океана, хорошая вилла, красивый вид.
Нас обворовали во второй день, прямо перед новым годом. Деньги пропали после уборки номера. Администратор не предпринял никаких действий, написали заявление в полицию, но нам сказали, что персонал «клянется», а полицейские заняты на местных праздниках. В итоге- мы попрощались с 800 долларами, отдых был испорчен, на уборку в номер больше никого не подпускали, а деньги и документы вынуждены были брать с собой. При условии того, что отель не дешевый- воры среди персонала- ДНО. Нам даже извинения никто не принес, ничего не предложили. Никогда не вернемся однозначно!!!!
