    Hele fijne uitvalsbasis voor Paphos. Trendy en luxe

    Superschoon en mooi hotel. Smaakvol ingericht, lief personeel, fijne priveparking, ontzettend goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Vlakbij het leuke gedeelte van paphos kato. Binnen 5 minuutjes in het drukke deel.

    Het weer 😉, maar daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen.

    החדרים נראים כמו אכסניה ריח לא נעים בחדרים במסדרונות רעש בלתי פוסק גם מהמעלית וגם מהחדרים הסמוכים הכל מיושן מאוד ביקשנו להחליף לחדרים החדשים ולא נתנו לנו פיתרון

    חוץ מהמיקום לא ממליצה.

    מיקום מצוין, ארוחת בוקר סבירה מאוד. אחראית חדר האוכל מאוד נחמדה. חדרים גדולים. קיבלנו את החדר קצת קודם. חגגתי יום הולדת השאירו שמפניה ואיחלו מזל טוב.

    קיבלנו חדר מאוד ישן, המיטה חורקת, המקלחת נוזלת לכל מקום. והיו לנו ג'וקים בחדר!!! גועל נפש. בחרנו במלון זה בגלל המיקום שהיה מצוין ובגלל שיש לו מתחם ספא אבל לא יכולנו להשתמש במתחם ספא כי הסאונה עולה אקסטרה כסף וצריך לשריין את הסאונה מראש. הבריכה הפינימית קפואה ולא מחוממת כלל. הבריכה החיצונית מאוד יפה אבל קפואה אז לא נכנסו. כשבאתי להתלונן בבוקר על הג'וקים מנהל המשמרת ענה בצורה לא נעימה והיה מאוד כעוס, על זה אני מתלוננת שיש לי ג'וקים בחדר. קיבלתי לאחר שעה מכתב התנצלות במעטפה עם 50 יורו - פיצוי על הג'וקים, שהגיע ע"י שליח צעיר ולא חלילה ע"י מי שאחראי. הפיצוי בעיני לא מספק ואני ממש לא ממליצה על המלון. לצערי הייתה לנו חוויה מאוד לא נעימה. ויצא שבסוף הלכנו למלון אחר כדי להינות מכמה שעות בספא מצוין שלהם.
