    A la carte food was very good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

    I had booked a ride through the hotel and no one was there to pick me up from the airport. I waited two hours for a ride and was charged for the ride, they should not have charged me after an error of that nature occurred. The towels were sparse and rough. The location was not near any areas of interests as a tourist.
