    My friend and I stayed here and for the most part it wa fine. Except for the AC issue, and also the floors were a bit di

    The property was a good enough location to downtown and Arches. Kitchen was nicely stocked to cook.

    The listing said it had AC, but the only unit is in the living room, so to get the bedrooms cool was challenging. I stayed in the room with the bunk beds and had to set up two fans - one in the living room pointed at the bedroom with the door open all night (so no privacy), and one fan in the room - so I was cool enough. My friend hated the noise from all the fans going.

    Aside from those comments above , our stay is memorable anyways

    Spacious area,

    The washer is not clean, we had a hard time finding the dumpster, the grill is dirty, not enough supply of tissue paper, the kitchen sink is clogged.
