    Would not recommend. Bad experience.

    The actual unit and surroundings.

    The condo itself was lovely—modern, clean, and in a beautiful location. Unfortunately, the experience of getting in and out of the property was extremely stressful and overshadowed much of our stay. When we arrived, the entry instructions didn’t work. The door code provided didn’t open the lock, and after a series of phone calls with the manager, we were given repeated directions that didn’t help. We were even sent a photo of a lock-handle that wasn’t there—only to be told later that the lock had been replaced and the instructions we were following were outdated. This left us feeling confused and frustrated, especially as we were made to feel like we were doing something wrong, when in fact the information we had was simply incorrect. When we asked for help, we were told it would take an hour to an hour and a half for someone to arrive. Eventually, someone did come and let us in, but because of the confusion, we were afraid to leave the unit for fear of not being able to get back in—making the first few days feel very restrictive and stressful. We were later told to use a back entrance, which involved walking several hundred feet uphill to a gate that, according to all previous instructions, was supposed to be locked. It wasn’t. To access our unit that way , we had to walk through a dark, empty garage that felt unsafe at night. After several days of trial and error, we finally got the door working ourselves. But by that point, the damage was done—it was one of the most stressful travel experiences we’ve had. Feeling trapped in our rental and uncertain about basic access is not how anyone wants to spend their vacation. I hope the management has since updated their information and procedures, but based on our experience, I would not recommend this property despite its lovely setting.
