Basically not bad. But expectations were higher.
Tidy, cozy, clean, cool - everything is great, when it comes to the apartment itself, the stairwell, and the neighborhood in the stairwell. The apartment is fully equipped with everything.
The street is not very cozy. It seems to be close to the city center / old town, but I expected it to be even closer to the feeling... - you have to walk almost a kilometer along a rather "everyday" street to start feeling "nice". It's not worth taking a taxi, because it's too close to drive, but it's far to walk... Another problem is grocery stores or more decent places to eat. The street is full of small eateries and shops, which are probably loved by locals, but are not very cozy to eat in, or have a lot of goods.
