Just like home, in every way.
The apartment was modern and clean, but the standout was undoubtedly its convenient location. On the downside, better soundproofing would make a significant difference, particularly with noise from the neighbouring courtyard and people drinking on the street late into the evening and early morning.
It felt just like home, including having to do our own washing and cleaning. While I understand this was an apartment rather than a hotel, one set of towels for a four night stay, particularly during unusually cold and wet weather, was disappointing. When we requested more, we were simply directed to the washing machine and dryer. The advertised tea and coffee facilities consisted of one English Breakfast tea bag and no coffee. Small details, but after the response about the towels, we didn't bother raising them. Overall, the apartment was functional, but the lack of small hospitality touches made the experience feel less welcoming than expected.

Great place in a busy area
Close proximity to shops, eateries and tourist attractions. Washing machine was useful. Great range of utensils and cooking items. Easy check in process. Lovely ‘loft’ feel.
The VERY steep stairs to access the property. We found the covered outdoor seats on the balcony on the last day. Very noisey from early hours as nearby businesses empty their bottles and trash. Although the lane way is small it is both a car and walking thoroughfare. No luggage storage for early arrivals.

Loved this stay! Hosts were fantastic! And do make time to eat in the hosts French Bistro #angelhouse!
Perfect spot and so convenient to all the great spots in Fremantle. Quirky build and apartment was perfectly well equipped for our 4 night stay.
The only suggestion would be to add a blanket to the bed for extra warmth in winter.
