I would go back anytime. The house gave us the japanese vibe that we were looking for.
Location was good since we like to walk around, walk and explore the not-so-busy streets of Kyoto. There was a public park near the house so my kids loved it.
Having to coordinate for wifi after the arrival was not expected, but the host made sure to fix it by sending someone to the house to replace the pocket wifi device.
