    Funcionários educados, o hotel em si é bom!

    Achei a cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis, cobertor bem velhinho, cheiro desagradável, a cabeceira da cama empenada, longe da parede, deixando uma fresta grande. Eu pedi pra ficar no segundo andar, fiz a reserva com 7 meses de antecedência e mesmo assim me colocaram no quinto andar, os quartos ao lado estavam em reforma, bastante pó de construção. Teve uma noite que o chuveiro não esquentou. Café da manhã sem variedade de frutas, sempre as mesmas 3 opções. Achei que pelo valor seria melhor... A localização também não é um local agradável. Eu deveria ter feito a hospedagem na Vila do Abraão, me arrependi!

    Localização, perto do centro.

    Do preço, esperava que entregassem mais pelo valor cobrado. Café da manhã bem simples, quarto estava com cheiro de mofo.

    Nice option if you need a quick stop in the area

    It's worth mentioning that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and room upgrades, so this is something to keep in mind when booking. When we arrived as a couple, we were initially given a room with a rather unusual and inconvenient layout, apparently designed to accommodate two couples. The room was quite outdated and had numerous cosmetic issues, to put it mildly. However, I must give credit to the hotel staff. As soon as we raised our concerns, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They promptly arranged a room change and even upgraded us at no additional cost, all with a friendly attitude and a smile. The hotel also offers a well-equipped rooftop area, a billiards room, and a modest gym. While some of the rooms could certainly benefit from renovation, the staff's excellent service and willingness to resolve issues made a very positive impression on us.

    The breakfast was very basic and offered a rather limited selection. Unfortunately, there were far more sweet options than savory or essential breakfast items, leaving little variety for those who prefer a more balanced breakfast.
