  Stunning location, very stylish decor, a magnificent rooftop terrace and a great outdoor shower and beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. We loved Xerokampos and this house and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quit, relaxing spot close to nature, far away from mass tourism

  There are a lot of mosquitoes and other insects. There are screens on all windows and doors, but additional protection is still recommended.

  The house is absolutely lovely and within walking distance of the village’s beaches and seaside tavernas, which is especially convenient in this remote part of the island. The place has a magical atmosphere, surrounded by olive trees. The house itself is beautiful, cosy, and homely, with everything you could need. It was also great to have both air conditioning and fans available, especially as this is a very warm part of the island. In my opinion, the house is even nicer than the pictures suggest — there’s a unique energy and charm to the place that is not captured in photos. We had the best time and would absolutely recommend staying here. A magical place!

  It was lovely to have both an indoor and an outdoor shower. Just a small note: the indoor shower tray lets a little water leak outside while showering. Nothing major, but worth mentioning.

  We stayed at Anika’s for the second time, and we have been visiting Xerokampos for 10 years. A dream location offering comfortable, independent accommodation near very beautiful beaches. Thank you, Karin and Evelina!

  Posizione incantevole con qualche piccolo disagio

  La posizione è fantastica, a due passi da tre magnifiche calette ed a breve distanza dalle spiagge più grandi e dalle taverne. Si è in totale contatto con la natura selvaggia e si riesce a staccare completamente la spina. La casa era pulita e ben arredata e la doccia esterna è sicuramente molto comoda. La proprietaria è sempre raggiungibile telefonicamente ed ha sempre risposto ai nostri messaggi.

  Si tratta di una casetta ristrutturata in economia. Si presenta bene perchè arredata con gusto ma bisognerebbe sapere che il pavimento, a parte il bagno, consiste in un massetto di cemento tinteggiato, le zanzariere sono danneggiate in più punti ed anche gli infissi non sono ben rifiniti. In particolare dalla porta di ingresso, dove la zanzariera non sigilla completamente il varco di apertura, entrano in continuazione formiche e ragni. Diciamo che non la consiglio a chi ha paura dei ragni ed io avrei voluto leggerlo in altre recensioni. Noi purtroppo abbiamo anche trovato due blatte grandi rosse con le ali, una in bagno nella doccia e, l'ultima sera, una mi è volata addosso mentre ero sul letto. L'ultima notte non ho quasi dormito per questa cosa e direi che è l'unico motivo per cui non credo ritornerei da Anika che, per tutto il resto, ha completamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.
