    Location is amazing. The views are amazing, you really can see animal around.

    The advertised pictures dont show the reality of the cottage. 1/ Cleanliness - the chalet looked clean but definitely not in details. As an example, we had to clear the oven tray before we could use it. The door handles were dirty. Set dust. Unclean windows (so yes, better to come out to see those animals) 2/ Broken appliances - the sink tap handle stayed in your hand. You need to cellar tape the drier door so it is functional. 3/ 2 bedrooms are upstairs, with very narrow steps (1 step - knee high). If you have elderly with you - they will not have it easy to go up and down, or even to the bathroom, which is on the ground floor. We planned to stay for 3 nights, we asked for a refund for 2. On top of the nightly charge, we were asked to pay the cleaning fee of 130 eur. I just hope that it really went into cleaning. The day after our departure, the owner messaged back that they were in a property and that they didnt understand why we complained about the cleanliness. So maybe we have just different expectations of what 'clean' means.
