    Value for money, good facilities

    The resort was clean, well maintained, the beach was clean. The staff were all very helpful and Tran at the front desk was happy to assist with our questions and request.

    Staff - particularly at the time of checkout - staff asked me to pay for laundry bag - even when not used.

    It’s okay but can be better 😊

    The staff at the reception especially Joey is so friendly and very helpful.

    The facilities could have been a little cleaner and neater. We stayed there for 5 days and received clean towels and a made-up bed each day, but that was about it. I wish the hotel staff had also swept the floor, especially since we went to the beach every day and brought in sand.
