Made our trip in Ankara perfect
Well, we would give 12 out of 10. The staff was great, helpful and offering us little treats several times. In spite of the language problems they solved all the issues for us. The venue is at the best possible part of the city to reach the main street and the public transport, then the airport as well. There are also several shops, smaller ones and supermarkets nearby. In spite of the city centre location it was very quiet. You can have a nice rest in the garden area.The cats are cute. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely choose this hotel again.
Many previous visitors mentioned the smell of smoke...yes, it disturbed us, also, however, after a thorough airing it was much better so I would not say that it had an effect on our staying, this is why the rating of ours is 10. However, it is not easy to understand why the management does not solve the only issue most of the guests are complaining about. It is so easy to ban smoking in the rooms, there is such a big outside area... and then this hotel would be perrrfect for everybody. Another small point...it would be so nice to have at least one or two plates, forks, knives, spoons in the, anyway nice kitchen of the apartment, but of course, I can understand the reason why there are not any.

Le personnel a mon arriver le 02.10 vers 20h super accueillant ma offert un the un chocolat 10/10. le Mr a lunette incroyable respectueux chambre propre bien équipé je recommande.
Le matin du 03.10 personnel a l'accueil un grand une catastrophe qui veut pas nous servir cafe ou the... désagréable...il as rien a faire dans une réception... et l'insonorisation de la chambre réveillez a 3h du matin a cause des bruit de voisin alcoolisé .

It is family friendly & For an 3 start hotel it was perfect
For the price of the property it was way better then expected. I did not expect the property to be this comfortable since it was an 3 start hotel. But it was perfect for the price and for sure i would stay there next time.
There wasn't to many things not to be like for an 3 start hotel it was decent. But not all of the light could be turned off some ambient light were always on which were installed between cabinets.
