Disappointing stay due to a last-minute relocation far from the original central apartment

    The number of beds available

We booked this apartment in the center of Budapest, but only a few hours before our arrival, the company decided to move us to another location. This last-minute change completely disrupted our trip plan and negatively affected our experience of Budapest. The new apartment was not in the central area we had originally booked. It was located more toward the south-eastern part of the city, which was clearly less convenient for our stay. Following this situation, we agreed with the company on a partial refund. However, more than a month after our departure, they have stopped replying to our messages regarding this refund.
