Fantastisch!
Die Lage war zentral an der Friedrichstraße und zum Strand und trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Sauna sehr sauber und neu.

Sehr angenehm, aber baulich etwas speziell
Alles sehr sauber und komfortabel und gut durchdacht.
Schwierigkeiten hat mir die bauliche Situation gemacht, weil die Schlafzimmer sehr tief im Keller sind. Sie sind wie beschrieben, über eine Treppe aus dem Wohnzimmer zu erreichen. In den Schlafzimmern sind zwar hohe Fenster vorhanden, die sind aber komplett unterirdisch in einem Lichtschacht. Dieser Schacht ist so tief, dass es auf mich wirkte, als könne ich in einem Notfall auf keinen Fall dort rausklettern, um in den Garten zu kommen, vor allem, weil der Schacht oben auch mit einem Gitter verschlossen ist. Ich hatte das Gefühl, unten ein wenig eingesperrt zu sein und habe dann angefangen, mir Gedanken über den Brandschutz zu machen, weil ich den zweiten Fluchtweg nicht erkennen konnte. Auch waren in den Schlafzimmern keine Rauchmelder, sondern nur unten auf dem Flur.
