Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage nach hinten hinaus. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, dazu eine nette Einrichtung mit schönen Details und umfangreichen Informationen. Besonders praktisch: der Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Gebäude mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug.
Das sehr kleine Badezimmer ist zwar neuwertig und ausgesprochen gepflegt, allerdings ist die Tür dafür denkbar ungünstig. Bei geöffneter Tür ist es nicht möglich, vor dem Waschbecken zu stehen. Eine Schiebetür, beispielsweise aus Milchglas, wäre hier wesentlich praktischer und würde den vorhandenen Platz deutlich besser nutzen. Ein weiterer kleiner, aber durchaus schmerzhafter Kritikpunkt ist das scharfkantige Regalteil direkt neben dem Bett. Ich habe mir daran mehrfach blaue Flecken am Schienbein zugezogen – gerade nachts, wenn man noch etwas schlaftrunken zur Toilette geht. Eine Abpolsterung oder Entfernung wäre sicherlich eine einfache Lösung. Das größte Manko waren allerdings die Matratzen: Sie sind deutlich durchgelegen und haben leider für schlechten Schlaf und Rückenschmerzen gesorgt. Hier wäre ein Austausch wirklich empfehlenswert.

Die Lage war sehr gut.
Ich könnte den Fahrstuhl nicht nutzen,obwohl ich an Krücken ging und mein Bein nicht belasten dürfte. Die Auskunft habe ich unten in der Halle bekommen von den Mitarbeitern. Sehr schade und mühsam.
