    The villa is conveniently located near the airport, only around a 10–15 minute taxi ride away, which made it a good choice for our first night in Sri Lanka. The accommodation is a separate little unit behind the host’s house, so we had our own private space. There is a small living area and several beds, all equipped with mosquito nets, and the rooms have air conditioning. Although the furnishings are a little dated, everything was kept very clean and tidy. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. It was freshly prepared, generous, and very delicious. The hosts were also extremely kind and helpful. They patiently answered our questions before arrival, shared the exact location with us, and were always willing to help during our stay. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport, with particularly warm hospitality and an excellent breakfast.

    The facilities are somewhat dated, especially in the bathroom. The hot-water system was a little difficult to use, and the bathroom door had some issues and made quite a loud noise when opening and closing. These were relatively minor inconveniences and did not significantly affect our overall stay.

    Perfect for one night near the airport when all you need is a bed and breakfast.

    We chose this villa as somewhere close to stay near the airport on our first night as we landed at 9pm. Communication was very responsive and they organised a taxi to collect us at the airport and bring us to the villa. We were met on arrival at the villa, it was clean and simple, but that’s all we needed for one night. The air conditioning worked and cooled the room down. We were about 15 minutes from the airport so no noise from the planes. We were asked what time we’d like breakfast and it came on time. We had a choice of omelette, sausage, toast and fruit with tea, coffee and juice. The garden was lovely to sit outside in the morning for breakfast. It was a nice place to wake up on our first morning and start experiencing Sri Lanka.

    There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, it met our expectations.

    A short but very pleasant stay and very convenient for the airport.

    Ann Villa is a 15 minute drive from the airport so very convenient. We had an early flight and a packed breakfast was provided for us which we appreciated. Our hosts and their daughter were very helpful to us when we were trying to check in on lime. Thank you, .
