⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Mediterranean paradise – perfect for families We absolutely loved our stay. The villa feels like an authentic Mediterranean estate — not brand new or overly modern, but beautifully classic, full of character and incredibly well maintained. The greatest asset of the property is Kyriakos, the owner and host. He lives next door and is simply wonderful: warm, welcoming, available whenever needed and genuinely makes you feel at home. And then there is the pool and garden area — WOW. This was easily the highlight of the villa. The pool is fantastic, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and outdoor spaces that honestly rival some of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. It feels like your own private paradise. The villa is located up on the mountain, so the first drive can feel a little challenging, but once you understand the roads it becomes easy. You can also walk down to the center of Parikia in around 20 minutes. The house has everything needed for a comfortable family stay, including a well-equipped kitchen for making breakfast and meals, and we were also able to order food easily through Wolt. Highly recommended for families, especially with 2–3 children. A beautiful, authentic place with an unforgettable pool, wonderful atmosphere and an exceptional host. We would happily stay again.

We LOVED staying here! So spacious, pool was amazing, views were fantastic and Kyriakos was so helpful!! There was six of us staying here and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and pool. Lots of pool toys for the kids. Clean. Good location short drive to town. Great views.

Fabulous house, attentive host and amazing location.
The house was fabulous. Extremely well appointed with everything you could want. Location was great with outstanding views. Kyriakos was the consummate host - he organised a rental car for us, met us at the ferry, gave us lots of recommendations and ensured we were extremely well looked after.
