  Alles in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der wunderschöne Strand ein Katzensprung 😉 Unserer Kinder haben sich wohl gefühlt. Es gab spontan Früchte aus dem Garten, vielen Dank dafür.

  Die Klimatisierung ist ausbaufähig

  Good apartment with 2 balconies, parking, close to the beach. Good value for money for my opinion.

  The apartment looks exactly as presented in the pictures. It’s clean, and the layout is convenient, because three bedrooms are separated with an extra door from living room, kitchen and bathroom aria. This gives a space, especially those who wake up earlier than others. The bed linen and towels are white and clean! Bedrooms are simple but cosy with enough fresh air. We didn’t have mosquitos problem, but maybe it is because of the season. Parking is convenient on site. Big supermarket is 5 min walk or 1 min by the car. Aria is extremely quiet during the day and nights. Gaia is a very friendly host, she replies fast for all your questions. Check in / check out is easy with a key box. Bed linen is included to the accommodation price (unlike in many other apartments where it costs extra in Sardinia island). No extra hided costs everything is transparent. The beach is 3 min walk, it is cozy and clean and not overcrowded at least in October. There’s also a small café at the beach to enjoy a morning coffee from 7 a.m. and fresh backed brioches. A big convenience that you need to separate your garbage, but you don’t have to throw away it outside yourself before you check out.

  Mosquito nets are indeed not tide enough. The kitchen is very basic and doesn’t have a dishwasher. It is not possible to transform 2 twin beds to the 1 proper double bed in the twin beds bedrooms, the bed layout doesn’t allow to do so.

  Viel Platz, ganz ruhige Lage nah am Meer und am Ort. Highlight sind die zwei Balkone. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

  Wenn die Matratzen noch etwas bequemer wären, wäre es perfekt!

  Až na potíže s hmyzem bylo vše v pořádku.

  Blízkost pláže i obchodů a restaurací.

  Nedostatečné sítě proti hmyzu, koupili jsme RAID do zásuvek a nechali pro další použití. Bez repelentu se venku sedět nedalo.
