**English:** Great location, spacious terrace, relatively new fridge and air conditioners. **Deutsch:** Gute Lage, große Terrasse, relativ neuer Kühlschrank und Klimaanlagen. **Русский:** Хорошее местоположение, большая терраса, относительно новый холодильник и кондиционеры.
English: The photos on Booking.com do not match reality. Warning: the bathroom ceiling height is only 187 cm!! For tall people, it's practically impossible to take a normal shower!!! The management company and owner do not solve problems in the apartment. Fast reply to messages, zero action. The electrical outlets are installed in violation of safety standards. The furniture layout is such that you can touch a dangerous outlet in your sleep. The air conditioners are positioned right above the head of the bed. Very old furniture and appliances (except the fridge). The front door and windows are very old, which reduces the safety of the property. The bathroom drain works very poorly. There is a horrible sewage smell while showering!! Since there is no shower curtain, the entire bathroom gets soaked after showering. Very few electrical outlets in the apartment. There's a dog in the house across the street that barks loudly every morning and disturbs sleep. Deutsch: Die Fotos auf Booking.com entsprechen nicht der Realität. Achtung: Die Deckenhöhe im Badezimmer beträgt nur 187 cm!! Für große Menschen ist es praktisch unmöglich, normal zu duschen!!! Die Verwaltungsgesellschaft und die Vermieterin lösen keine Probleme in der Wohnung. Schnelle Antwort auf Nachrichten, null Handeln. Die Steckdosen wurden unter Verstoß gegen Sicherheitsvorschriften installiert. Die Möbelanordnung ist so, dass man im Schlaf eine gefährliche Steckdose berühren kann. Die Klimaanlagen befinden sich direkt über dem Kopfende des Bettes. Sehr alte Möbel und Haushaltsgeräte (außer dem Kühlschrank). Die Eingangstür und die Fenster sind sehr alt, was die Sicherheit der Unterkunft beeinträchtigt. Der Abfluss im Badezimmer funktioniert sehr schlecht. Beim Duschen stinkt es fürchterlich nach Kanalisation!! Da kein Duschvorhang vorhanden ist, ist nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad nass. Sehr wenige Steckdosen in der Wohnung.
