    Never again

    the location is very good but......

    Extremely noisy to the point we had to wear ear plugs even with the window close. The property is located in possibly the busiest square in Pisa. We spent 3 nights. The internet only worked for the first 6 hours, after that no wifi. There is no permanent staff in the property so difficult to contact and most of the time they did not reply to my msgs. The size of the room is relatively small for what you pay. The breakfast is absolutely pathetic. You have the choice of coffee or tea plus one pastry and a small sandwich ( tiny.) The bathroom smells of drains constantly! In my opinion a rip off

    Location is great

    Very expensive for what it is, it is an Airbnb with very little service, no cleaners for 3 nights and breakfast is 7 euros off at the local cafe. I think this is outrageous for the price.

    Loved the breakfast venue! Very cute. We enjoyed the coffee and parties.

    The air conditioning did not work and it was too loud to open windows. Our room was too hot.

    Loved the room and location,

    The location and convenience. Very modern with all the facilities. Great blackout curtains. We asked to come earlier to the room which was allowed and the young man who checked us in was charming.
