    The Japanese layout was very nice

    The hotel contacted us on the day of our booking to explain there was a problem with the bathroom so we were moved elsewhere. Very hard to find despite lots of instructions and not very clean - long strands of hair all over the apartment and stained sofa.

    Everything you need from a hotel/hostel in central Hanoi. Would 100% book again

    It was as described, with everything you could need. Right in the middle of hanoi too, about 5 minutes from the train station, train street, and most of the old quarter. The owner was lovely, very accommodating to a last minute booking, and friendly. Thank you for having me :)

    Terrible mgmt.

    Did not even get to stay there! Arrived late and hungry and was told the room was no longer available coz I did not respond to a msg sent by the property but I did not even receive the msg at all. Terrible!
