Excellent location, perfect holiday home.
The house itself is really beautiful, light and airy, and you can see the sea in the not-too-far distance. Our party of 7 found the layout of the house was good, with an open plan lounge/kitchen/hall on the first floor, with plenty of room, chairs and fantastically comfy sofas for people to hang out on. Also a lovely outside area to sit in if weather permits, Of the four decent-sized bedrooms, one upstairs, 3 on the ground floor, each had its own bathroom and we found the beds comfortable. The host was great at keeping in touch pre-and post arrival, and left some real treats for us to enjoy during our short stay. They really did think of everything! Lots of room for parking within the house grounds.
What's not to like? Nothing, it is a perfect holiday home. If your mobility is poor, you should be aware that the house is a short-ish and steep-ish climb up or down the hill from the harbour - however, if you have a car available, it's a very quick 2 minute drive, and - on a busy weekend - we never had a problem finding a space to park. For walkers, it's an enjoyable climb and there's a short-cut at the side of the house that more or less avoids walking on the road.

A fabulous house , absolutely loved it!
A super house 5 minutes walk down to Port Patrick. House was huge, very light and airy, everything was top notch! Owners had thought of everything you might need away from home, could not fault it at all.

Annapurna is a spacious, light, and airy, well equipped house with great views over Portpatrick. There were plenty of great walks from the doorstep and a good selection of places to eat in the village.
