    Voldoet niet aan verwachtingen helaas, ondanks fijne locatie

    De locatie was zeer goed! Ook het ontbijt in het restaurant en de ruime kamers waren fijn

    Ik had een kamer met bad geboekt, maar er bleek in kamer 4 geen bad te zijn. Het bad was juist de reden van deze boeking, na een dag in de stad lekker in bad op de kamer. Het personeel (de manager) was niet klantvriendelijk en dacht niet mee over een oplossing. Ik kon mijn kamer annuleren, maar alleen als deze opnieuw geboekt zou worden zou ik mijn geld terugkrijgen. Die kans was vrij klein na zes uur ‘s avonds… Ook was de kamer héél gehorig. Er stond een box met oordopjes op de kamer klaar. Ook logisch dat er hartje centrum wat geluid is. Maar ik ben een goede slaper en heb geen oog dicht gedaan. Ik kon letterlijk gesprekken op straat verstaan, ondanks de oordopjes die ik in had.

    Locatie geweldig, leuk personeel

    In de kamer zelf vond ik dat het qua schoonheid wat beter kon. Een helemaal zwarte kamer maakt dat alle stof te zien is
