    Looking forward to my next stay

    We had a suite on the ground floor and we entered from our own patio area over looking a lovely peaceful garden .

    I didn't like, ( That I only booked two nights )

    Would stay here again

    The host was lovely and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was very good, all fresh ingredients well cooked and plentiful. Location was good very quiet and relaxing. Lovely garden and views from the suite

    Would stay here again.

    Hospitality at its finest! The host is generous with herself to make your visit as comfortable as possible… even fresh flowers in your room.The location is great for visitors without a car. The breakfast is delicious and generous. And your accommodation is comfortable and relaxing, The garden is beautiful.

    Great place to stay

    The property is located well within the town with easy access towards Bowness of Windermere and towards Beatrix Potter Hill Top House

    I cannot fault anything. The owner was very accommodating and happy to assist.

    Highly recommended!

    We had a wonderful warm welcome and the accommodation was large and comfortable with lots of personal touches. The bed was huge and easily the most comfortable of any hotel that we have stayed in, the sheets were just beautiful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We had a small patio to sit out in and the garden to wander around was a bonus. Very close to Windemere centre so an easy walk to pubs, restaurants, shops, buses and train station. Highly recommended!
