    The Annex was more than I expected. Warm, comfortable, lovely decor and facilities. It was beautiful

    Apart from above, pleasant stay

    Location excellent as attending a wedding.

    Red porche in front drive too far forward, restricted maneuvering of car when exiting on main busy road . No toilet roll , no washing up liquid . Settee too low , couldn't lie down on it , too small .

    Fabulously Finished and Very Clean

    Fabulously comfortable, everything you need for a great stay.

    Not much, this place lacks nothing and free parking is simple in the next street.

    Excellent facilities, very comfortable and excellent value for money.

    Tastefully furnished and the owner had thought of everything you could possibly need. Also had its own separate entrance so we were completely independent.
