    Good

The building is very nice, the location is convenient, and the room is a good size. Check-in/out is pretty straightforward, however, you’ll need a reliable internet connection on your phone to access the property. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond via WhatsApp.

Was a bit surprised by the deposit requirement and the numerous contractual conditions that were only communicated after I had paid for the non-refundable stay through Booking.com. I fully understand the owner’s need to protect their property, and that is perfectly reasonable, but it felt a bit excessive. The room was generally neat and tidy, but the level of cleanliness did not quite meet the expectations set by the terms and conditions of the contract. Be aware of the location as it is quite noisy in the surrounding streets.
