  تحذير صور الشقة مخادعة وغير متوافقة مغ الحقيقة Warning: The apartment photos are misleading and do not reflect reality.

  لم يعجبني أي شيء المكان موحش والصور مخادعة I didn't like anything; the place is desolate and the pictures are deceiving.

  أسوء مكان حجزته في جميع رحلاتي السياحية، للأسف الصور كانت خادعة جداً، حضرت إلى الموقع في المساء وكان المدخل إليه موحش والموقع في الحقيقة مختلف تماماً عن الصور، والدخول إليه عبر سلم، وكان معي رجل كبير في السن يعاتي من آلام الركب والآخر معه فوبيا من هذه الأماكن الموحشة، حاولت مراراً التواصل مع مالكة الشقة لإلغاء الحجز وإرجاع نقودي ورفضت، حاولت التواصل مع خدمة العملاء في موقع بوكينق عدة مرات دون جدوى وأرسلت لهم لضرورة التولصل معي وفي كل مرة تردني رسالة سنتواصل معك خلال 24 ساعة ولي الآن 4 أيام بدون أي رد أو اهتمام منهم، للأسف تعامل مالكة المكان كان غير جيد وغير متعاونة اطلاقاً وفي نفس الوقت كانوا مخادعين في الصور المغايرة تماماً للواقع وزاد الطين بلة عدم اهتمام خدمة العملاء في موقغ بوكينق، مما يجعلني افكر جدياً بعدم التعامل مع الموقع مستقبلا. The worst place I've ever booked on all my travels. Unfortunately, the pictures were very deceptive. I arrived at the location in the evening, and the entrance was eerie. The place itself was completely different from the pictures. Access was via stairs. I was with an elderly man who suffered from knee pain, and another man who had a phobia of such eerie places. I tried repeatedly to contact the apartment owner to cancel the reservation and get my money back, but she refused. I tried contacting Booking.com customer service several times to no avail. I sent them a message saying they needed to contact me, and each time I received a message saying they would contact me within 24 hours. It's been four days now without any response or attention from them. Unfortunately, the owner's behavior was poor and she was completely uncooperative. At the same time, they were deceptive with the pictures, which were completely different from reality. To make matters worse, Booking.com customer service didn't care, which makes me seriously consider not dealing with the site in the future.

  Super Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern

  Wir haben uns als Paar bei unserem viertägigen Aufenthalt rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Gebäude und das Zimmer hatten einen besonderen Charme, der uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Sauberkeit war generell eine 10/10 – egal ob Bett, Küche oder Bad. Die Küchenzeile hatte alles, was wir uns wünschten: einen Geschirrspüler, ein Induktionskochfeld, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie ausreichend Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck für normale Mahlzeiten im Urlaub. Besonders toll waren die sehr familiären und sympathischen Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

  Es war alles so wie angekündigt. Uns hat es gut gefallen sehr gut zum entschleunigen .Sehr gern wieder.
