    They responded quickly and did their best to help and solve the problem.

    When we arrived, there was a very strong fish smell in the room. It was so unpleasant that it was difficult to stay in the room. We contacted the host through Booking, and he said the only thing he could do was bring us an air freshener, as there were no other rooms available that night. In addition, the shower did not drain properly. Since we were staying for two nights, I asked him to check if another room would be available the following day. Fortunately, there was another room available, and he moved us there and upgraded us to a better room. The second room was excellent.
