    En decadencia....

    Ubicación

    Me he hospedado varias veces ahí a lo largo de los últimos 6 años y lamentablemente el hotel está en decadencia, se ve cada vez más descuidado, sucio, con detalles de mantenimiento importantes. El aire acondicionado de mi cuarto estaba prendido y hacía un ruido muy fuerte, lo apagué y ya no volvió a prender. Hice la reserva para pagar ahí y llegaría por la tarde, pero me mandaron mensaje que si no llegaba antes de las 3 pm me cancelarían la reserva. Entonces para que dan la opción? Tuve que hacer cambio de planes para poder llegar a pagar. Llegué a las 2:30, el check in era a las 3 pm, la habitación no estaba lista por lo que fui a comer algo mientras. Regresé 3:15 para pedir la llave del cuarto y me comenta la recepcionista que sigue sin estar lista la habitación. Me molesté y se los externé porque no se vale que ellos si pidan que uno tenga que llegar a pagar antes de las 3 pero ellos no mantengan el compromiso del check in a tiempo. Otra persona de recepción me apoyó y me dieron otra habitación superior sin costo adicional. Los elevadores muy sucios, con olor a comida, la cama del cuarto mal tendida, sábanas viejas en mal estado, en fin. Me solía quedar ahí, lamentablemente ya no será opción en el futuro.

    Awful

    Absolutely nothing, except the location. It was dirty, smelly outdated, terrible. Rooms were dirty and our toilet was running water every 30 minutes, guess the stopper was not working, they never fixed it, a wonderful sound to have while sleeping

    We hated the place
