    Room was clean and nice , however no staff was available. The check in had to be done by you, had to upload the passport info in the middle of the street, basically do it yourself. We asked for more towels but were brought in.

    Perfection exactly what an Italy stay should be.

    Beautiful old building in great location. Superbly designed.

    Could use basic cutlery and water/wine glasses for guest who want to have a night in.
