Absolutely loved it...
Simply perfect, the location, the sea breeze, the ocean at less than 50m, the quiet and all comforts we could reasonably expect + all beach necessities provided and a grill to end the days correctly :D We went for a relaxing quiet family stay, and that is exactly what we got. after the "unexpected" heat of a week earlier (on the east coast of Sardinia) having a cross breeze directly from the ocean was just what we needed, as it allowed us to finally spend some time outside, during the entirety of the day (not just early mornings and evenings). mornings at the beach, home for lunch and back out there... Kids loved it, wife loved it, I loved it...
We somehow couldn't get the ceiling fan to work, but solved that by simply moving around one of the bedroom fans as needed. also the bathroom while new, was on the smaller side, in particular the shower stall was so tiny, almost unusable... luckily there was a brilliant outside shower that solved that issue, cold though :D

La posizione stupenda, a due passi dal mare .
Purtroppo nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato c’erano dei fastidiosissimi insetti in spiaggia

Heimelige Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Lage direkt am Meer. Schöner Garten vor der Wohnung mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. In der gemütlichen Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Man muss wissen, dass man das Gepäck über einen holprigen Plattenweg und eine Treppe nach unten schleppen muss ( und nachher wieder hoch).
Nachmittags und nachts bis etwa 23 Uhr gab es dominante, laute Pumpgeräusche. Ev. nur saisonal, da die benachbarte Strandbar tagsüber viel Wasser brauchte um die Liegestühle zu waschen??
