Marvelous staying
The spaces are beautiful and functional. The combination of the old hacienda structure and the modern architecture give the hotel a sophisticated Mexican look.
All good

Don’t stay here, please. 🙏🏼 it’ll ruin your trip.
It was nice and small. The registration staff, and cleaning staff were very nice.
First, they have an outdoor bar, and they played the music super loud my body could feel the base. It woke me up at midnight, and I texted the hotel, WhatsApp, and asked them if they could turn it down. He said he’d try…I found earplugs in my bag, that helped. Then the music woke me up again at 2:30am, I texted them and said I couldn’t take it anymore. I was literally about to have panic attack. So at 3am they moved me to the only quit room available. The music didn’t stop till after 3am!! The next night there was music again, but it was softer and beautiful, no base, it was nice to fall asleep to. Second, I was in Cuernavaca to work on my Spanish. When I called the restaurant for room service, they were laughing at my Spanish, I could hear everything. That was so rude!! Don’t stay here. There are nice other places., like Hacienda de Cortez

Un hotel exquisito
Todo excelente, el jardín, el restaurante, la comodidad de habitación, el trato del personal, la elegancia, la piscina
Hubiera deseado probar el spa pero tenía poca disponibilidad

Beautiful and relaxing
It is a beautiful, quiet property that was perfect for relaxing at the end of our trip to Mexico. The staff is very nice and really spoil you with the service in the restaurant. A few friends who live in Cuernavaca came to visit and we were able to take a very long lunch in the restaurant.
One of the upstairs rooms didn't have hand railings going up, which was a little challenge for walking up with a cane. The property is not walking distance to anything, but we were able to get Ubers to go places.
