Old Venetian building converted apt.
Booking.com canceled our previous booking the day before we arrive. We had to find a place to stay at last minute. This place is adequate, a King bed is comfortable.
Check in was a bit hassle as we didn’t have internet right away, couldn’t check WhatsApp to provide the info needed and pay the fee in advance. Standing out side the tiny entrance door for more than half hour to try to email the info as there is no lobby or live person there, only via intercom.

The location
• Noise: Our room faced a restaurant outside, resulting in heavy, disruptive noise late into the night. • Temperature: The room was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. • Room Maintenance: The in-room fridge did not close properly, and the television did not work at all. • Staff & Check-in/Check-out: There was no staff present or visible during either our check-in or check-out process, making assistance hard to reach. • Breakfast: The listing/expectation did not make it clear that no breakfast was provided on-site.
