    Good value except for the living room situation.

    Nice location, good amenities.

    We would like to have known that the air conditioning in the living room stops working at 22:00. We were told it was due to rules about noise after that time, but there were other people making quite a bit of noise (loud talking, TV, etc) into the early hours of the morning. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Those three things made it less than ideal for someone to use that room for sleeping.

    Great place for 4 in a really interesting part of Madrid.

    Location is great, fantastic part of Madrid and easy to get to the best parts for tourists. Staff were very helpful with bags etc, no massive problems.

    Air conditioning in the sitting room is off between 10pm - 10am, which given the heat in July was quite warm. The apartment definitely looks bigger in the photo than in reality!

    Very good

    Very good location, close to metro station and old town. All major turstic spots are available by foot. Clean apartment.

    Place seems to be smaller in reality than on pics. Beds are really noisy, I mean they are a type of crackling beds. In fact you can hear each move on the bed. Rooms are not well isolated, sounds from rooms and bathroom are possible to hear in living room. Only one dishwasher cube in kitchen. Be aware, that one bathroom is between living room and bathroom. Second bathroom is assigned to bedroom with single bed.
