  Perfect spot for what we needed

  Perfect set up, super spacious and very close to Spark arena.

  Car parks were a little tight but manageable

  This stylish apartment would suit one or two couples comfortably.

  The apartment was stylish, modern and recently renovated with thoughtful decorative touches that made it feel like home. The main bathroom was spacious, the living area was very comfortable, with a large flat screen smart TV with streaming services and the kitchen was well equipped. The main bathroom has generous proportions with double sinks. The apartment was well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was within a few minutes walk to some great restaurants such as Armano, Cafe Hanoi, and The Store cafe for breakfast or lunch. There is tandem parking but beware there is a height restriction for one car (at the front).

  Two of the four bedrooms did not have windows which according to the building code means they are not compliant, the reason being you should have access to fresh air and natural light. There was a large exhaust ventilation pipe in the 3rd bedroom where there are twin beds, this is not shown in photos on the website but I have added one, the room would be dark like a cave without lights on. I assume this pipe pumped fresh air into the room?? However it is noisy (but you can switch it off), we didn't end up using the room and my adult daughters reluctantly shared the second bedroom instead (one bed). Our granddaughter stayed upstairs in the room that has no window where the ceiling height is ridiculously low. We raised our concerns with the host about the two windowless rooms being non compliant and she said the local council approved it and that she has photos on the website, so we should have been aware. The thing is you can't see that there are no windows in the photos. The main bedroom has a small ensuite, the shower water pressure is not great and the exhaust fan didn't seem to work. The windows are up high and look out to a concrete wall, same thing in the 2nd bedroom.

  Fantastic for a group of friends in the city

  Location was great, it was very well furnished with tasteful decor. Comfy beds, clean modern bathrooms and well equiped kitchen.

  We had a great stay, easy walking to waterfront, and exceptionally clean apartment great for a group of friends.

  It was very clean, great location and beds were very comfortable.

  The carpark was very tight to get into.

  Comfortable stay, and definitely will be returning for our next group weekend stay.

  Great location, perfect space for a group of people & comfortable bedding. Hosts are very quick at responding & clear communication.

  NA - however, note that we have found used rolled up underwear under the bed in the room with the ensuite. For larger group, more toilet paper required just in case - we were down to our last roll 🤣
