SPA BATH FOR THE WIN!
The spa bath was awesome!! Along with the private outside deck area.
I just noticed the curtains needed to be re-hooked up and the outdoor table had quite an imbalance so was hard to navigate lol.

Clean, comfortable and amazing staff
Located within walking distance of 3 supermarkets, plenty of food outlets. Very clean, everything working order, great water pressure, very friendly staff. Highly recommended
I liked everything about it. Stayed for two nights and was very comfortable

Great location and spacious rooms, but some attention to detail needed
Excellent location on Victoria Street, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and other amenities all within easy walking distance. Parking was convenient, with what appeared to be a dedicated space for each unit. The room itself was generously sized, with a good selection of tea and coffee and an excellent desk area, which was particularly useful as I needed to get some work done during my stay. The standout feature was definitely the double spa bath. It was clean, worked perfectly and was incredibly relaxing. A genuinely lovely feature and easily the highlight of the room. The lady at reception was also fantastic. Very friendly, welcoming and efficient, making check-in quick and effortless. Everything was clearly explained, including the Wi-Fi, and I was on my way to the room in no time. Exactly how a check-in should be.
The biggest disappointment was the bed. The mattress was far too soft for my preference, to the point where you really sink into it, which unfortunately made for a rather uncomfortable night's sleep. I appreciate mattress firmness is subjective, but having some options for guests who prefer a firmer sleeping surface would be a welcome improvement. The pillows were also well past their best, having lost much of their loft and support. They felt almost completely flat and certainly didn't help with getting a comfortable night's sleep. While the room was generally pleasant, it's beginning to show its age, and a little more attention to maintenance would make a noticeable difference. The armrest on the desk chair was coming apart, the walls had numerous scratches and paint chips, and the bottom of the bathroom door had clearly absorbed moisture over time and begun to swell. The shower could also have benefited from a more thorough clean. The Wi-Fi was a little on the slow side, although it was still usable. For a property marketed as five-star, particularly at its price point, I would expect a higher standard of upkeep and attention to these smaller details.
