The booking was misleading and the stay was uncomfortable due to fewer rooms than expected and an unpleasant smell from

When we made the reservation, it clearly showed four rooms. However, after booking, it somehow changed to only two rooms—possibly due to automatic system allocation. This significantly reduced the value for money and was quite disappointing. Additionally, we were assigned a room on the second floor, but all the household members left their dirty shoes right outside our door. There was a strong unpleasant smell, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.
