This hotel has paid attention to every small detail that could make your stay comfortable. The owner greeted us warmly. The room had everything, they have thought about 100% of what the guests may need, and provided it. From umbrellas, to shawls, small kitchen, and a mini bar with enough beers. Honestly, one of the cleanest and most well thought of hotels we have stayed in Almaty. It's obvious that this hotel is a labour of love. Highly recommend.

over rated. over priced. clean.
The overall room was fine.
I booked at this stupid price because I thought the sauna is gonna be included in the price of room but guess what you go there and then they tell you hey if you want the sauna pay up. I believe their rating is absolutely over rated and just because they give you an smile it doesnt mean their rating should be something that end up charging this overrated price and think they can get away with over charging for the sauna on top of the inflated price of the room.
